Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of Sian Brook Music, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Sian Brook Music provides:

• Private music lessons for various instruments
• NDIS music mentoring services
• Music education and support services

Bookings and Scheduling

Lesson times are agreed upon between the student (or their representative) and Sian Brook Music. Regular lesson slots may be established for ongoing students.

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged at the full rate, except in cases of illness or emergency. We will work with you to reschedule where possible.

Payment Terms

Payment details will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencing lessons. For NDIS participants, payment will be processed in accordance with NDIS guidelines and your service agreement.

NDIS Services

For NDIS participants, services will be provided in accordance with:

• Your NDIS plan and stated goals
• NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
• Agreed service agreements and support plans

Student Responsibilities

Students (or their guardians/support persons) agree to:

• Attend lessons at the agreed times
• Provide adequate notice for cancellations
• Practice between lessons as recommended
• Communicate any concerns or needs promptly
• Treat the instructor and any equipment with respect

Limitation of Liability

Sian Brook Music provides educational services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to provide high-quality instruction, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Musical progress depends on many factors including practice and individual aptitude.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to active students and updated on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
